LT School Nominated Scholarships
Class of 2025 - Opens July 1, 2024
If you would like to be considered you must:
1. Submit the online application on time by the deadline.
2. Include your Typed Scholarship Resume.
3. Include Questions and or Essay in a WORD DOC (No google doc).
4. Document must typed and double spaced.

Eligibility Criteria:
-
an original and creative thinker
-
committed to school and community
-
a high achiever in academic and creative pursuits
-
enthusiastic about learning and intellectual exploration
-
a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person
-
currently in your final year of Canadian secondary school or first-year CEGEP
-
intending to begin university the following academic year

Students who have been nominated by their schools as National Book Award recipients may submit applications to the National Scholarship Program. In addition, students who identify themselves as meeting the scholarship criteria are invited to apply directly for the National Scholarship, without having been nominated for the Book Award.
To be eligible for the Schulich Leader Scholarship Program, you:
Career Goals must be STEM - Engineering or Science, Technology or Math Degree.
Student must not be going into medicine or medical research

 Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
 Enroll at one of our partner universities
 Nominees must possess Academic Excellence and at least one or two of following criteria:

Leadership – entrepreneurial , community or business

Financial need
To be eligible for the BC Excellence Provincial Scholarships Program, you:
 Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (landed immigrant) at the time of registration in the school year for which the scholarship is awarded
 Must be a BC resident.
 Must be graduating
 Must have a ‘B’ Average in grade 11 and 12 courses
To be eligible for the Cmolik Foundation Scholarship, you must:
 Be a BC resident for the past 7 years.
 Be Graduating from a BC Secondary School.
 Have demonstrated financial need.
 Have faced adversity.
 Plan to be a full –time student at a post secondary institution, trade or college.
 Be ineligible for the BC Tuition Waiver Program (for former youth in care).
 Pay it forward by funding another non-related student sometime during your lifetime.
